Acceptance

By creating an account, signing in or using BREdge, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement.

Purpose of BREdge

BREdge is a personal information-organising service provided as a Bhavesh Patel CFP® initiative. It helps families record and retrieve information. It is not a substitute for financial, investment, tax, legal, medical or emergency advice, and it does not verify the accuracy, validity or legal effect of information or documents you enter.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate account information and keep it current;
• only record personal information you have authority or lawful permission to use;
• protect your password, devices, printed handovers and downloaded files;
• carefully manage household invitations and access permissions;
• keep important original documents and independent backups where appropriate; and
• use BREdge lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorised access.

Family and third-party information

A record book may contain information about family members, nominees, advisers and other people. You are responsible for ensuring that collecting, entering and sharing that information is appropriate and permitted. An invitation should only be sent to someone you trust to receive the assigned level of access.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep BREdge secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Features may be corrected, updated, suspended or withdrawn when reasonably necessary. We may revise these terms and will identify revisions by updating the date shown above; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Ownership and permitted use

You retain responsibility for information you add. BREdge, its branding, interface and underlying materials remain the property of their respective owners. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or exploit the service except where law expressly permits it.

Limitation and termination

To the extent permitted by applicable law, BREdge is provided on an “as available” basis and liability for indirect, incidental or consequential loss is excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Access may be suspended or terminated for misuse, security risk, legal requirements or a material breach of these terms.

Questions

Questions, legal notices or account-related requests may be submitted through the support channel provided with BREdge. These terms are interpreted under the laws applicable to the provider and user, including mandatory consumer and data-protection rights.
